At S$22.00+++, it is value for money for high tea from 12 noon to 5.00 pm. The high tea buffet spread includes dim sum, nasi lemak, cakes, mee siam, Chinese Congee, curry chicken, etc. The mee siam is a bit salty and the dim sum quite bland. Overall, the food is not up to the hotel standard.
Service is excellent with the waitress clearing your plates promptly. However, if you want a cup of coffee or tea, you have to remind the staff to fill up.
If you have a Citibank credit card, you can get a 20% discount. Overall, the ambience of the cafe is good for chit chat and gathering.
